I help people get comfortable with unfamiliar systems.

For eight years, I've run an independent Melbourne studio - building websites, writing content, and delivering brand work for creative and retail clients. 

Alongside that, I've spent a decade teaching beginners and delivering public education face-to-face, from one-on-one DJ Tuition to road-safety education with the Transport Accident Commission.

The through-line of all of it is the same: take something complex, work out where the learner or user actually is, and design the experience that meets them there. That's the work I'm focused on now - customer education, learning design, customer onboarding, and content design - alongside the studio work I continue to deliver for clients.
